SAP S/4 HANA implementation in Zhongsan China successfully Posted time：2018-12-10

   December 10th, 2018(Tokyo, Japan) TENKOINFO has successfully finished implementation of SAP S4 HANA System on 10th December 2018 for Zhongsan subsidiary company of Musashi Seimitsu Industry Co., Ltd, which is a top-class automotive powertrain manufacturing company listing on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This is a very successful overseas rollout implementation project. For the customers, they built a new global group management platform, and is entering a new stage of global group management.
   The project started from May 2018 including SD, MM, PP, FI and CO modules. Tenkoinfo conducted the project in high quantity and efficiency by making use of China local requirement such as China financial statements and Gold Tax, etc..
   A thorough UAT (user acceptance test) using full set of masters was performed to solve major issues in advance so that lot management at all sites in the large factory becaome possible. It was difficult for users to create highly accurate manufacturing-related masters (Material, BOM, Routing, etc.), an experienced PP consultant was assigned to help creating those highly accurate manufacturing-related masters. Since the major issues were thoroughly resolved before go-live, the users can operate the new system as usual from the beginning. The director CFO who is the project owner commented “Amazing!
