April 9th, 2018(Tokyo, Japan) TENKOINFO has successfully finished the SAP system implementation for Thailand subsidiary company of a Japanese automotive parts company listing on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This is the 6th oversea rollout implementation project after successfully implemented in Mexica, India, USA(2 subsidiaries) and Indonesia. The project includes FI and CO modules.
SAP is used as accounting system, and developed in-house system is used as logistics system. There are interfaces of sales, purchases and inventory between SAP and the Logistics system. This system landscape is used to achieve business process standardization, system integration and the best investment efficiency globally.
In
this Thailand project, the most important legal requirements are BOI(Board of
Investment), Withholding tax, Check printing and Deferred VAT tax. SAP
standard functions are fully utilized and the minimum add-ons are developed to
meet the legal requirements and the client’s business requirements in this project.
