SAP implementation started in Indonesia Posted time：2016-06-06

  March 10th, 2016(Tokyo, Japan) TENKOINFO started to implement SAP system in Indonesia for an Indonesia subsidiary company of an Japanese automotive parts company listed on the 1st section of Tokyo Stock Exchange. This is 4th rolling out implementation project after successfully implemented in Mexica, India and America. The project includes FI and CO modules.

  SAP is used as accounting system, and developed in-house system is used as logistics system. There are interfaces of sales, purchases and inventory between SAP and the Logistics system. This system landscape is used to achieve business process standardization, system integration and the best investment efficiency globally. 

  In Indonesia, the most important legal requirements are Tax Invoice issued in predefined format and calculation of sales tax according to TAX rate announced by Tax Bureau on every Wednesday.

  SAP standard functions are fully utilized and the minimum add-ons are developed to meet the legal requirements and the client’s business requirements in this project.
