SAP implementation in Laguna successfully Posted time：2015-10-08

  October 8th, 2015 (Tokyo, Japan) TENKOINFO has implemented SAP for 2 Philippine Laguna subsidiary companies of a Japanese precision parts manufacturing company listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange. The project includes FI, CO, SD, MM and PP modules.

  In Philippine, the most important legal requirement is BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) requirement. It must be approved for SAP to replace the existing system by BIR, the approved number issued by BIR must be printed on TAX invoice. The document number of sales order, purchase order and TAX invoice have to be in a sequential order. Meanwhile, these functions such as issuing receipt in predefined format, generating journal book, sales ledger, purchase ledger, inventory report and withholding tax are also required.

  Standard functions of SAP system are fully utilized and the minimum add-ons are developed to meet the legal requirements and the client’s business requirements in this project.
